- Use red ink ball point pen for Correction ; Fail ; and Evaluation and use blue ink ball point pen for pass; application; writing questions & answers to students.
- Have a special surveillance towards the Dormitorial Boarders by the concern RCs and the concern Cabinets for the commodities belonged to Boarders idest tie, badge, belt, shoes, sock, satchel, shirt, pant, skirt, ribbon, phanek/lapper, P.T. Dress, canvas and other as it is put into Dormitorial Wise acute in competition specially discipline, behaves, cleanliness, punctuality, character, conduct and command and in their studies.
- In case of conducting any Examination for the Boarders, the Operators used to aware of the following instructions as :
a) Question Bank should not be clutched and read inside the Examination Hall once it has been supplied to the Examinees.
b) Grace Mark application should be considered in case of Question error if the Examinees leave the Question to attempt. Notwithstanding, it should not be considered in case of attempting the Error Question by the Examinees.
c) Signature should be well maintained at the top right margin of the Answer Scripts after being evaluated along with the Mark he/she scored for the very Examination.
d) Invigilators have the right to expel Examinees found using Unfair means and further obtain Cash Award for service dutifulness from the undersigned with immediate effect. But the very Invigilator should not forget written Report in detail to Supervising Officer( during the period of Examination) which will definitely be forwarded it to the undersigned for the preparation of Cash Award along with School’s Record.
e) REMCO( Repetition , Erasing , Misspelling , Cancellation and Overwriting ) should ergo be shunned out in case of writing application, report, setting Question Bank, preparation of note books, teaching , tabulation of mark sheets etc as result be the only evidence for the boarders to predict either their amelioration or deterioration in studies. - Operators should conduct class under peaceful state so as not to appear commotion to others and others should not furnish disturbance.They are urged to maintain well discipline so that they may cooperate and fall mutual understanding among themselves.
- Operators used to check well for the following Boarders activities as :
Mass study ; Games Period ; Laving and Bathing ; Washing ; Tea and Bread presentation cum two squares a day so prepared ; Hiking Possession. - Operators should possess personal designated Identity Card issued by the undersigned and urge to renew it yearly as it valid only a year wist as one Academical Session.This Card is invalid into its function as soon as he/she leaves School or service discontinuation under certain reasons)
- Operators’ Emolument for every month may be met on 20th of each month as the School for Boarding Section has been declared holiday for Operators Pay Day.They are to get their Pay through SBI Bank,Kakching either on Cheque or through their Account.
- Surplus Pay be there for Operators who are not to take leave granted a couple of days in a month as Casual Leave.
a) One may not take such leave consecutively but alternatively if one wishes.
b) Bonus Pay still be there even if one has to take one Casual Leave out of a Couple of Days.
c) Pay Subduction be dearly there for Operators who are on leave beyond Days allotted as Casual Leave. - Surplus Pay or Pay Subduction w.r.t. (08) afore is to be accounted base on one’s Daily Wages, basic or net pay excluding bonus, surplus, allowance, incentive.
- Mobile in use will be displeased connecting to one’s daily duty hours idest Quotidian Class , Coaching Class , Mass Study , Remedial Class , Extra Class, Examination etc.
- Operators should keep Confidential of the following characters :
(i) Setting Exam’s Question Bank (ii) Evaluation of Answer Scripts
(iii) Tabulation of Mark Sheets (iv) Result of any Examination
Therefore, urge to maintain self confidence so as
(i) to (iv) may dearly be kept Confidential state. - Operators should never check Khattas for any Class Test or Residential Assignment in the ongoing Class Room. Inspites, act the same during long break, short break, off periods, after class or before class very calmly.
- It is given restriction in use inside the HOMES-Boarding as pan , smoking , kheini ,wine or alcohol , talub , raja and other relatives.
- Out Pass if appears, shall therefore be noticed to Principal concern and further entry reason for seeking Out Pass to the Security Booth without fail. None to wend away without maintaining Encheridon placed in the Security Booth.
- Boarding, HKMES co-curricular activities encourage Boarders to flower out their hidden talents. Therefore, each of the RCs are to aid to appreciate and preserve the rich cultural heritage of India through training in the fine art, dance, music and others. Besides, debates, declamations, dramatics, quizes, ex-tempore speech, monoloque etc should be considered regularly into house wise/ dormitorial wise and report to the undersigned.
- Operators should not use commodities belonged to Boarders and commodities belonged to their coordinators . This will make both comfort.
